The rules for using the app

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Perks & More mobile application (the “App”), operated by Perks & More (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is available to employees of companies that participate in the Perks & More corporate benefits program. Access may be verified using your work email address, employee ID, or an invitation from your employer. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who is not, or is no longer, an eligible employee of a participating company.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at perksandmoredigital@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Offers and Redemptions
The App allows you to browse, save, and redeem discounts and offers made available by independent third-party merchants (“Merchants”). Offer availability, terms, pricing, and redemption conditions (e.g. QR code, offer code, booking link) are set by each Merchant and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Redemption limits, expiry dates, and eligibility criteria shown in the App apply. Perks & More is a platform that connects you with Merchant offers; we are not a party to the transaction between you and the Merchant.
5. Merchant Offers Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to ensure offer information is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of any goods or services provided by Merchants. Any dispute regarding a purchase, redemption, refund, or the goods/services themselves is between you and the Merchant. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with a Merchant.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems; (c) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the App; (d) submit false information or misuse or fraudulently redeem offers; or (e) interfere with the App’s normal operation or security.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to Perks & More and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the App as intended, no rights are granted to you in our (or any Merchant’s) trademarks, content, or intellectual property.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused offers, or if you are no longer eligible under the corporate benefits program. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that offers displayed will always be accurate or available.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perks & More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or any Merchant offer, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid to us for use of the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Perks & More, its employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
